A Single Family rental like this comes around rarely, especially with its affordable rents. Very cute cottage off the highway but it is not an apartment building. It is not a condo. It is a single family. The only people to smile and say good morning to, are your loved ones, even if they are pets. Enter into a long living room with picture window and this is where the wall AC is. The bedrooms one large and the small one is better as an office, it is missing it's obligatory closet. It can be put back in the room if needed. It has been an office (mostly), a walk in closet, a nursery and child's room.In the past this unit has been occupied by people who left here after building a down payment to purchase their house.
